By placing an order with Sai Krupa Wood Carving you agree to the following terms.

Orders & quotations

All work is made to order. Quotations are based on the size, material and finish confirmed at the time of order. Changes after confirmation may affect price and timeline.

Production

Production begins after design approval and, where applicable, advance payment. Natural variations in wood grain, shade and finish are inherent to hand-finished timber products.

Shipping & installation

Items are packed for transport. Installation support is available in Bhubaneswar; elsewhere, guidance or virtual support is provided.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months. Damage caused by misuse, moisture or improper installation is not covered.
