Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund of any advance paid. Once carving or cutting has started, orders cannot be cancelled because the work is made specifically for you.

Refunds

As our products are bespoke and made to order, they are not returnable after production begins. If a piece is delivered with a verified manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.

Damaged in transit

Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it.
